Balouch carpets are from the North East of Persia and South Central Persia, only the carpets from South Central Persia are produced by the nomadic Gashghaee tribe and are more colourful. They are 100% pure wool and natural dyes.

 

Persian Balouch carpets from the North East are known for their resilience. Balouch carpets from both regions are often woven with geometric motifs and tribal designs. Whilst most from the North East use darker colors and carpets from the Gashghaee tribe are more colourful. Both are well known for their resilience and durability.
